routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, internet support, internal networks, LAN, WAN, and network segments.<\/li>\n                <li style=\" margin-left: 15px; \">Provide assistance to support teams and other groups in troubleshooting incidents to identify root causes and provide technical support as needed.<\/li>\n                <li style=\" margin-left: 15px; system administration.<\/li>\n                <li style=\" margin-left: 15px; \">Proficiency in working with virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.<\/li>\n                <li style=\" margin-left: 15px; \">Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup\/recovery.<\/li>\n                <li style=\" margin-left: 15px; \">Certifications in system administration and IT in Linux, Microsoft, or related networking fields are advantageous.<\/li>\n                <li style=\" margin-left: 15px; \">Fluent in English, both spoken and written.<\/li>\n
