1. Frame

The frame of the cart plays a vital role as the primary structure, providing stability and support. Typically, the frame is constructed in a tubular shape and reinforced with crossbars to enhance durability.
* Manufacturing process: The lumber cart frame consists of round steel tubes cut to the appropriate length. These tubes undergo automatic bending to create the required curved shape. The crossbars and frame, or frame and platform, are then joined together using precise Mig Robot welding.

2. Platform

The platform serves as the surface on which materials such as gypsum and wood panels are placed. It is commonly made from flat steel sheets.
* Manufacturing process: Starting with flat steel sheets of custom thicknesses specified by the customers, these sheets are fed into a laser cutting machine to create appropriately sized shapes. They then go through a process of edge bending to form the sturdy platform. Afterwards, an automated welding process using robots ensures precise welding at each corner.

3. Caster Plate

The caster plate is a specialized plate or bracket designed to provide a secure and stable attachment point for the wheels.
* Manufacturing process: The caster plate is crafted from flat steel sheets, which are precisely cut and shaped using laser cutting technology to achieve the desired dimensions. Subsequently, these shaped plates undergo bending and welding processes to form the caster plate, ensuring a firm and stable connection for the wheels.

***After completing the specific shaping of the parts or components, they will be transferred to the electrostatic powder coating assembly line. We utilize a modern system and a meticulous process to create a visually appealing, durable, and robust paint layer.
