Heavy Duty Interlocking Steel Barricade

STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. Frame

The fence frame serves as the primary foundation, constructed in a U-shaped configuration, with a horizontal crossbar known as the “”horizontal brace.”” The U-shaped frame provides the structural integrity and stability necessary for the fence.
*Manufacturing process: Using automated pipe cutting machines, the steel pipes are precisely cut to the required dimensions. Subsequently, small holes are punched to facilitate water drainage during the hot-dip galvanization process. The pipes then undergo CNC pipe bending, ensuring rapid and accurate shaping. Finally, the U-shaped frame and horizontal brace are seamlessly welded together using state-of-the-art robotic welding systems.

2. Fence Bars

The fence bars, also known as vertical tubes, are positioned in a parallel arrangement and connected to the U-shaped frame. They contribute to the overall robustness and elongated structure of the fence.
*Manufacturing process: Long steel tubes are fed into automated pipe cutting machines to obtain properly sized fence bars. These bars then undergo stamping processes to create suitable end deformations that fit the diameter of the U-shaped steel frame. Finally, the fence bars are firmly affixed to the frame using robotic welding techniques.

3. Base or Feet

The fence features base or feet positioned at each end of the U-shaped frame, providing stability and balance to the structure when installed on the ground.
*Manufacturing process: The base or feet, which are typically made of thick steel bars, are laser-cut to precise dimensions and undergo bending and shaping processes. These components are then securely welded to the fence frame using robotic welding technology.

***After the final shaping process, the fences proceed to the hot-dip galvanization process. Our advanced system and meticulous procedures ensure the creation of a thick, glossy, and visually appealing zinc coating.

***In addition, various other minor components on these fences are carefully machined and finished to exacting standards. Contact us today to learn more about our products and discover tailored solutions for your specific needs.
