STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. Handle

The handle plays a crucial role in controlling and providing stable force for the movement of the cart. The handle is typically made of square or round steel tubes and reinforced with crossbars. It is connected to the platform through bolt fastening or welding.
*Manufacturing process: The handle is made from round steel tubes cut to the appropriate length. Then, through an automated bending process, it is shaped into the desired curves. The crossbars and frame, or frame and platform, are connected to each other through MIG robot welding.

2. Platform

The platform serves as the surface for placing materials and goods. Usually, the platform is made of flat steel sheets.
*Manufacturing process: The flat steel sheets are customized to the desired thickness according to customer requirements. Then, through laser cutting, they are shaped into the appropriate dimensions. Next, the edges are folded to form the shape of the platform. Finally, automated robot welding is employed to weld the corners.

3. Caster Plate

The wheel plate is a specialized plate or bracket designed to provide secure and stable mounting points for the wheels.
*Manufacturing process: The wheel plate is fabricated from flat steel sheets, which are cut and precisely shaped using laser cutting technology to achieve the desired dimensions. Subsequently, these shaped plates undergo bending and welding processes to form complete wheel rims.

***After completing the specific shaping of the parts or components, they will be transferred to the electrostatic powder coating assembly line. We utilize a modern system and a meticulous process to create a visually appealing, durable, and robust paint layer.
